Johnson & Johnson
and Kenvue
OTC & Beauty
Aiding the in-house design teams (US/UK/Asia) at both Johnson & Johnson and Kenvue, I helped oversee projects in OTC and Beauty. I have touched on initial concepts and worked with numerous cross-functional teams to see projects through, from conceptual to production. Partaking and providing visual exhibits for Qual/Quant research to both UK and US marketing teams. Daily responsibilities included managing and working with outsourced vendors on render development, illustrations, and production teams. I also created and contributed to numerous deck builds and mural boards - extensive competitor & market research (built a 100+ page deck of competitor landscape that looked at both packaging and digital design presence), conceptual iterations, project progress, production capabilities and milestones.
Brands: Tylenol, Benedryl, Pepcid, Nicorette, and Neutrogena.
Nicorette acquired Pivot's carbon monoxide measuring device. In this process, I helped to develop and rebrand the SmartSensor to better align with Nicorette's brand voice. In the process, I worked and contributed to the packaging redesign and it's development, IFU design, illustration redesign, wordmark development, aided in Qual/Quant research, and the initial brand guideline right before I transitioned to Neutrogena.

Along with contributing to the development of packaging and marketing assets, I also helped to aid in the development of rebranded illustrations for the Nicorrette's SmartSensor APP. The original pitched options did not go through - we had to stick to a style closer to what the original pivot app style because there would not be enough time to redesign the whole library of assets. So, understanding the client's need, where new and old would have to coexist and live together in the interim, we aimed to find a middle ground on illustration style. The below images are the initial proposed. I guided and worked very closely with Aquent's team of illustrators during this process.
